OTHRS offers a tiered set of plans for individuals, organisations and enterprises. Plan features, seat limits and pricing are shown on the Account & Plan page and apply at the time of purchase.

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly marked. UK VAT is added at the prevailing rate. For non-UK customers, VAT is handled according to place of supply rules.

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on the day of purchase and on the same day each month thereafter.

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for a twelve-month period and renew annually on the anniversary of purchase.

Introductory pricing is offered to early customers. The discounted rate applies for the duration stated at the time of purchase and is honoured at renewal for as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current published rate (or the agreed introductory rate, where applicable). We will email a renewal reminder before each renewal.

Upgrades take effect immediately. The difference between the new plan and the remaining balance of the current plan is prorated and charged at the point of upgrade.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your existing plan's features until that date.

You can cancel at any time from the Account & Plan area. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access until then. No further charges will be taken.

Cancelling your subscription does not cancel any success-fee agreement already entered into through a Deal Room or Investment Room. Fees payable under those agreements remain due according to their own terms. Deal Rooms and Investment Rooms already in progress at the time of cancellation remain accessible in read-only form until they are closed by the parties involved.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. In exceptional circumstances we may offer a partial credit at our discretion.

Enterprise customers can be contracted under a bespoke order form with alternative billing frequency, multi-year terms, invoiced billing and custom security and processing terms. Contact billing@othrs.ai to discuss.

If a payment fails we will retry up to three times over a seven-day window and notify the billing contact. If the payment cannot be collected, access to paid features will be paused until billing is restored. Outstanding amounts remain payable.
