OTHRS is intelligent infrastructure for the UK social and care housing ecosystem. The platform exists to make trusted introductions between commissioners, providers, developers and capital — and that means trust is the product.
Verification before visibility
Organisations move through a published verification ladder: Registered, Verified, Trusted, Strategic Partner. Higher tiers unlock proportionate visibility. Verification is reviewed continuously, not at sign-up only.
Provenance on every signal
Every metric, match and opportunity carries provenance: source, as-of date and coverage. We do not surface numbers without context.
Real organisations, not directories
OTHRS is not a directory. Every visible organisation is connected to people, opportunities, demand and activity. Empty profiles are not surfaced to counterparties.
Named humans
Counterparty introductions are between named, accountable people, not anonymous accounts. Every formation room is led by a named owner from a verified organisation.
Auditability
Every introduction, message and document movement inside a formation room is logged. Member organisations can export their own audit trail at any time.
Institutional tone
We are a calm, premium, editorial product — not a SaaS startup. Trust is communicated through clarity, restraint and consistency, not through marketing claims.
